Building a workflow is design work, not programming. But it takes someone who truly understands the process, and someone who knows where things go wrong in production.

That is why building with Gen8 always starts with a conversation. Not to hold you back, but to make sure your first workflow is also your first working workflow.

## What we agree for each engagement

After the introductory meeting, we agree exactly how the guidance will work: what you do yourself, where we step in and what support is included. We do not put a provisional arrangement in place that turns out differently later.

## Frequently asked questions from builders

Can I sign up and start immediately?

No. Building it yourself always starts with an introductory meeting. That lets us understand what you want to build and configure your environment around what you need.

Who is this for?

Consultants building for their customers, and teams that want to create workflows, agents or a website within their own organisation.

Do I need programming skills?

Not for the design: you define the assignment, tools, knowledge and review points. An integration that does not yet exist does require technical knowledge, or help from us.

Can I work in my customer's own environment?

That is the starting point: integrations and permissions belong to the customer's organisation. We agree how access and management are arranged between you and your customer for each situation.

Do you review what I build?

Yes, that is part of the guidance: we review before anything goes into production. What you build stays in your own environment; we agree what we review and when for each engagement.

What happens if I stop?

The same agreements apply as in our own engagements: access is revoked and you keep what belongs to you. Put that in writing before going into production at a customer.
