Starting point

Where it began

The pattern described by this case: customer conversations and internal meetings are recorded and transcribed, but follow-up remains manual. Who promised what, when, and whether it happened is scattered across transcripts, email exchanges and the project board.

Approach

What we built

The workflow reads the transcript after a meeting, marks decisions and commitments, and proposes an action for each commitment with an owner, date and reference to the transcript passage. It does not guess an unclear owner; it sends the issue back to the organiser as an open question.

Control

Where people stayed involved

Nothing reaches the project board without approval. The organiser sees proposed actions alongside source passages, edits, approves or rejects them. Rejected proposals remain in the log so patterns of errors become visible.

The underlying workflow is described under from meeting to action items, with sector context under business services. Other cases follow the same structure.
