AI that takes pressure off your sales team. We build and manage it.
From incoming request to follow-up: we configure workflows, connect them to your CRM, email and calendar, then manage them. Your salespeople have more time for conversations. You stay in control of every customer decision.

The problem
Most sales work happens before and after the conversation.
Your salespeople are strongest in the conversation itself. Yet much of their time goes on the surrounding work:
Retyping email and form enquiries into the CRM
Researching and enriching leads before a call
Preparing a conversation from five different sources
Writing notes and planning follow-up afterwards
Work left undone costs revenue: an enquiry picked up too late, or an agreement no one follows up.
Where your salespeople's time goes
Now
Retyping, researching, writing up notes and setting reminders. The conversation gets the time left over.
With a Gen8 workflow
The enriched lead is in the CRM, the conversation brief is ready and follow-up is drafted. Your salesperson reads, decides and calls.
What a workflow does
From request to follow-up, in six tasks.
Every workflow works in your own CRM, email and calendar and records what it did. Find more examples under sales workflows.
Register incoming leads
A request by form, email or phone becomes a lead in your CRM, with source and an initial note. No one needs to retype it.
Enrich leads
Company details, contacts and previous interactions are added from sources we agree together. You know who you are talking to.
Qualify leads
Every lead is assessed against your criteria. Suitable leads go to the right salesperson; uncertain cases go to a person.
Conversation preparation
A short brief for every conversation: who you are speaking to, earlier discussions, outstanding agreements and questions you want to ask.
Transcribe and process customer conversations
After the conversation, notes, decisions and agreements are in your CRM, with a reference to the full report.
Prepare follow-up
A draft email and next activity are ready. You read, edit and send: a workflow never sends emails on its own.
Organisation types
For sales organisations in the SME sector.
We work for SMEs with a working business model and a sales process with recurring work. Each type explains which processes fit and where the boundaries lie.
The same four phases as every engagement, each with a go/no-go decision. Here is what they mean for your sales team. Read the full approach.
Phase 01
Scoping
In around three days, we walk the path from request to deal with your sales lead. Together we choose where a workflow brings the most value.
Phase 02
Onboarding
We connect your CRM, email, calendar and telephony, and record your criteria and writing style. The first workflow then goes live, for example lead registration and enrichment.
Phase 03
Management and iteration
We track what the workflow does and adjust when your offering, criteria or team changes. Safeguarding quality is our job.
Phase 04
Expansion
Conversation preparation, reporting and follow-up come next. Or a process beyond sales, such as inbox, invoices or reporting.
Frequently asked questions
Good to know
Does AI take over contact with my customers?
No. A workflow prepares a lead, conversation brief, report or draft follow-up email. Your salespeople hold the conversation and send messages themselves.
Does my team need to use a new system?
No. Work appears in the systems you already use: CRM, email and calendar. We assess what each integration can do during scoping.
Where does enrichment data come from?
From sources we agree together during onboarding. We define what a workflow may and may not consult for each source.
Are our customer conversations recorded?
A workflow uses a transcript or report that already exists. You decide whether and how to record conversations. We discuss that during scoping.
What happens to a lead that does not meet your criteria?
The workflow submits it to a person with the reason. You decide who rejects or advances a lead.
Is this only for sales?
No. Sales is often a good first step because the same work recurs daily. Afterwards it can extend to the shared inbox, documents and invoices, or reporting.
More time for the conversation itself.
Book an introductory meeting. We discuss your sales process and where a workflow brings the most value. We also say when it is not a fit.
