For builders
Want to build workflows, agents or a website on the Gen8 platform yourself? You can, with us by your side throughout. We start with a conversation, set up your environment together, review what you build and help when you get stuck.
What you can build
You work on the same platform we use to build our own workflows, with the same integrations, checks and logging. Each topic explains what you do yourself and where we help.

Configure existing integrations or connect a system through MCP, an API or custom development.
Build your own integrationsBuild
Pages, collections, templates, forms and assessments, with a build check before publication.

Build it well once and use it again, without copying customer data or access along with it.
Templates and reuseQuality
Control levels, logs and ownership: the agreements that keep a workflow reliable.
Management, permissions and qualityGuidance
The process, the roles, what we do and what you do.
How the guidance worksStep 01
We discuss what you want to build and whether building it yourself is the best route.
Step 02
Together we set up your environment, your first integrations and an initial workflow for a process you know.
Step 03
Members, permissions and integrations for each organisation, with approval responsibilities recorded.
Step 04
We review before production and help with questions and changes afterwards.
Why guidance matters
Building a workflow is design work, not programming. But it takes someone who truly understands the process, and someone who knows where things go wrong in production.
That is why building with Gen8 always starts with a conversation. Not to hold you back, but to make sure your first workflow is also your first working workflow.
Figuring it out alone
You learn the platform by experimenting, discover exceptions only in production, and no one looks at permissions and logging until something goes wrong.
With us by your side
You start with a configured environment and an initial workflow for a process you know. We review before production and help with new integrations.
No. Building it yourself always starts with an introductory meeting. That lets us understand what you want to build and configure your environment around what you need.
Consultants building for their customers, and teams that want to create workflows, agents or a website within their own organisation.
Not for the design: you define the assignment, tools, knowledge and review points. An integration that does not yet exist does require technical knowledge, or help from us.
That is the starting point: integrations and permissions belong to the customer's organisation. We agree how access and management are arranged between you and your customer for each situation.
Yes, that is part of the guidance: we review before anything goes into production. What you build stays in your own environment; we agree what we review and when for each engagement.
The same agreements apply as in our own engagements: access is revoked and you keep what belongs to you. Put that in writing before going into production at a customer.
