From search data to a list someone can act on
Search Console and Analytics show that something is changing, but not what to do about it on Monday. This workflow reads those sources and delivers a short, evidence-based worklist: which pages need attention, why, and what the next step is. It changes nothing on the site.

What happens
From signal to proposal
For each period, the workflow retrieves impressions, clicks, positions and queries from Search Console, and on-page behavior from Analytics. It then looks for patterns that really matter: a page losing ground for a keyword you consider important, a page with many impressions but hardly any clicks, a search query with no corresponding page yet.
The result is a list of at most a handful of points rather than a dashboard, each with the figures supporting it and a proposed next step. That next step is not executed in this workflow: editing a page or creating a task is a separate step with its own approval.
Retrieve
Search and behavioral data for the selected period, from the properties you have connected. Read only — nothing is written back.
Compare
The period is compared with the previous one, making a change visible instead of just showing a snapshot.
Prioritize
Of all deviations, only those with a visible effect on your target pages remain. Minor noise is not reported.
Deliver
A short list with supporting evidence and a proposed next step for each point, ready for a person to take forward.
Limits
Where it stops
This workflow only reads. It does not edit pages, create tasks or send anything on your behalf — those are separate workflows with their own approval. It does not predict rankings or promise results either: a decline may just as easily be caused by an algorithm update or seasonality, and it says so. It cannot see anything outside Search Console or Analytics: ads, offline campaigns and traffic from apps remain out of view.
Evidence
What we can demonstrate
Gen8 has its own integrations with Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4, with tools for search results, sitemaps, indexing and reports; see marketing data into action. The route is marked as configured because an administrator first selects the right properties and target pages before the list becomes useful. Implementing a proposed change goes through maintaining website content; the technical side is covered in technical SEO in an AI workflow.
Can the workflow edit the page immediately?
Not in this form. Editing website content is a separate workflow with its own editorial approval.
How often does an analysis like this run?
You decide. Weekly works for an active site; monthly is enough when little changes.
What if the decline is caused by Google itself?
Then that appears as a possible explanation in the supporting evidence. The workflow makes no claims the data cannot support.
