What this assessment looks at
This assessment uses a fixed scoring system: four axes, ten points per axis, forty in total. No AI model is involved. Your result shows your score on each axis, so you can see the reasons rather than just the outcome.
- Repetition — how often the process runs and how many cases it handles each time. Too little repetition is the most common reason not to start yet.
- Structure — whether the method is documented, how much professional judgment each case needs, and how work arrives.
- Systems — which system holds the work, and whether you can provide an account with the right permissions.
- Control — who owns it, where approval happens, what happens if something goes wrong, and which data passes through it.
Four answers immediately lead to a not suitable result, regardless of the rest of your score: special-category personal data, no access to the system, an individual professional judgment for every case, and a process that runs only a few times a year. That is deliberate. An assessment that always says yes is no assessment.
Can this assessment also say no?
Yes, and more often than you might think. Four answers lead directly to a not-suitable result, and a low score across the four axes does the same. You always receive an explanation and suggestions for what you could choose instead.
Does an AI model calculate my result?
No. The result comes from a fixed scoring system shown at the bottom of your result. The same answers always give the same result, today and six months from now.
What happens to my answers?
Your result appears immediately on screen. You can then have it emailed to you; we ask for your name and email address and request explicit consent. If you do not, you have still seen your result. How we handle data is explained on the Security and data page.
How long does it take?
Eleven multiple-choice questions in about three minutes. You can stop and continue later through the link in your address bar: that link contains your answers, but never your name or email address.
