Know on Monday morning what was left unfinished last week
The weekly operational overview is usually compiled by the same person, usually on Sunday evening, usually with half the figures recalled from memory. This workflow compiles it from your own systems: what is done, underway, stalled and different from last week. Without judgment, with verifiable figures.

What happens
From signal to proposal
At a fixed time each week, the workflow reads the systems where work is managed. It counts what was completed, what remains open, average lead times and items stalled longer than your agreed threshold. It places last week's figures alongside.
The result is a short draft overview: deviations first, then figures, with a source for each. It goes to the team lead, who interprets the situation and decides what happens next. The workflow identifies deviations but does not explain them.
Fixed time
An agreed time each week, so the overview always covers the same period.
Count
Completed, outstanding, lead time and anything stalled longer than the agreed threshold.
Compare
This week beside last week, making changes visible without anyone calculating.
Write
A short overview: deviations first, then figures, each with its source.
Interpret
The team lead reads, interprets and decides. The overview starts the conversation; it is not the conclusion.
Limits
Where it stops
The workflow writes nothing back to your systems and changes no statuses or priorities. It does not explain deviations: it knows a figure fell, not why. It does not assess individual staff or rank people. Missing sources are noted in the overview rather than filled with estimates. And it sends nothing outside the group you have designated.
Evidence
What we can demonstrate
The platform has its own integration for Slack and several project systems; for example, it has one for ClickUp but not for Jira. What you measure is configured per organization: which lead time counts, when something is considered stalled and which threshold makes it a deviation. For periodic reporting to management rather than a weekly picture, see compiling management reports.
Does the report explain why something went wrong?
No. It shows that something differs and where to look. The explanation comes from the people doing the work.
Can the overview be posted to a channel automatically?
Yes, as a follow-up step to a channel you designate. In this setup, it goes to the team lead first.
What if a system has no data that week?
That is marked as missing in the overview. Naming a gap is more useful than filling it with an estimated number.
Does it include figures on individual staff members?
No. The overview concerns work and lead times, not people.
